MY PRODUCT HAS A FAULT, WHAT DO I DO?

Within 30 days of purchase:

Return it to the retailer where it was purchased together with your sales receipt.

After 30 days of purchase:

Warranty claim must be submitted. Please see below options.

  • Return the product with sales receipt and a copy of your warranty certification to the place of purchase or nearest JCB Tools retailer.
  • Log a service or repair assistance through mytoolbox.jcb-tools.co.uk.
    Contact us directly on 0330 838 0257 to arrange warranty claim or repair.
  • Please check the full terms and conditions for further information.

Note: only products purchased from JCB Authorised dealers are covered by the warranty.

I HAVE LOST MY PRODUCT MANUAL, HOW CAN I GET A COPY?

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR A 3 YEAR WARRANTY?

Online registration within 30 days of purchase is mandatory to activate your standard 3 Year Warranty.

Registration is only available online via www.jcb-tools.co.uk. You will need:

  • Original sales receipt
  • Product model number
  • Product serial number

After registering, you will receive a warranty certificate. Please keep a copy of the certificate with your proof of purchase for warranty claims.

Note: only products purchased from JCB Authorised dealers are covered by the warranty.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS COVERED BY THE JCB WARRANTY?

JCB Tools warranty excludes the following (where relevant):

  • Components normally subject to wear such as carbon brushes.
  • Accessories and consumable items.
